Phnom Penh, October 4, 2023 – H.E. Dr. Eang Sophalleth, the Minister of Environment, delivered a compelling message during a recent meeting that emphasized the importance of aligning the Environmental Fund’s budget with the highest-priority initiatives of the Ministry.
